I'm a true Florida girl. Born and raised here, with strong family roots that have always kept me connected to home. After building a successful real estate career in Georgia, I'm excited to bring more than 15 years of experience, a fresh perspective, and my love for beautiful homes to Lake County.
I love real estate, but probably not for all the reasons you'd expect. I love the architecture, the design, the possibilities, and the stories behind the homes. My family and I also renovate and invest in properties, so I understand real estate from both sides of the closing table.
As a Curated Home Marketing Specialist, I believe selling a home should be thoughtful, creative, and anything but ordinary. Every property has something special about it, and I enjoy finding the best way to bring that to life through design, presentation, and strategic marketing.

Christina was always on top of negotiations and the buying process. She seemed to anticipate the next move before we got there and had sound advice for us through the entire process. She certainly made it enjoyable!
Any agent with a modicum of interest will offer advice to buy or sell a property. While shopping for a home to purchase, Christina heard my husband and I discussing our son's severe allergies. Without any direction from us, she narrowed the search to homes without carpet or newly installed, pet-free, smoke-free, new or newer builds, etc. This seemingly small gesture is just one example of an agent knowing the stressors of home buying/selling and taking the initiative to reduce chaos without instruction. They listen, they interpret, and they slay. Christina and Joey are good people you want as company. Your success is reflected in their hard work. They will battle for the best selling price or the strongest, reasonable offer. We had the benefit to experience buying and selling with their team and they nailed it both times! We received FULL PRICE for our listing.
We have been on the bought or sold 11 houses and Christina is by far the best we have worked with at MARKETING AND PROMOTING a home for sale. Christina's attention to the details is just incredible. From signs to our dock and then coming back from dock the back side of each sign was also printed with encouraging words to sell the house. Great effort at showing, open houses, mailings, email blasts and she found us a buyer in 19 days, during which it was raining like crazy for 13 of them. She is incredible and if you are looking to sell your house on lake Lanier, I fully recommend Christina. WOW, just great!
